Adoption of the nation’s fundamental law 20 years ago was an important step in the formation of Ukraine as an independent state, a symbol of change and riddance of the past. These processes are still relevant today.
The birth of the Constitution in 1996, similar to the path that our country is moving along in its modern history. Then, there were a lot of hot discussions and deadlocks, some wanted to force our country stay in the “paradigm of the USSR.” But morning came, and under general jubilation Ukraine obtained one of the most important state foundations.
And now, dawn will come, problems will go away, and Ukraine will become a developed and successful country of the world. With happy citizens, whose rights and freedoms are guaranteed by the basic law – the Constitution of Ukraine!
