Principles of information presentation have been changed significantly. It is clearly structured and systemized by category, making it easier to search and saves time to Customers. The information is presented in three languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Feedback is available to customers through My UVK web service. Simple procedure of an application, quicktrack&trace,quality of service and all kind of statistics are now available.
